Our piping system options available include:

Seamless - Produced from steel billets, seamless pipes are heated and perforated to create the tubular section. "Seamless" refers to the absence of seam welds within the piping system. Seamless steel pipes can be used for upstream, midstream, or downstream operations, as well as general plumbing applications for utility services. Because the production process is more complex, seamless pipes have a higher price per ton than other types of piping.

Pressure Tubing - Capable of operating up to 150,000 psi and offered in a range of sizes, pressure tubing is ideal for systems that have a high-pressure connection. Nuliner Inc. can create a high-pressure tubing system on your property, no matter what your needs or location in Texas!

ERW - "ERW" stands for Electric Resistance Weld and the pipes are produced using steel coils. The coils are uncoiled, cut, processed, welded, and tested for strength. ERW piping systems have recently become an efficient replacement to seamless pipes, as they have comparable performance and are a more affordable price.

Continuous Weld - Continuous welded pipes are smaller in diameter and are more affordable than other piping systems. Primarily used for water and gas supply at a lower cost with higher productivity, continuous welded pipes are ideal for structural, plumbing, and low pressure applications.

DSAW - DSAW steel pipe can be manufactured in a large diameter, made to fit exact inside or outside dimensions. "DSAW" stands for Double Submerged Arc Welded steel pipe, referring to the process in which it is created. DSAW piping has a low cost, high efficiency, and is simple to produce.

Fusion Bond - Fusion bond refers to the epoxy powder coating that is used to protect the interior or exterior of steel piping. This is ideal for pipes used to supply natural gas, petroleum, water, sewage, and other applications.
